Born into a martial arts oriented family, Bruno carries on a proud family tradition spanning three generations of accomplished martial artists. Bruno’s grandfather was a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) and Judo master, with his mother and 4 uncles all qualifying for black belts in BJJ and Judo. He grew up watching them competing at the highest levels of the sports and started his training early, competing in his first Judo competition when he was just 3 years old. Having competed professionally in BJJ, Submission wrestling, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing and MMA, Bruno currently resides in Norway and is committed to teaching and coaching others at all levels of each discipline, passing on his knowledge and skills to the next generation of martial artists. Bruno holds many recognized career titles and certifications in Judo, Jiu-jitsu and MMA, making him a well-rounded coach and trainer for students of all levels and backgrounds.
A four-time winner of the Championship of Bahia Trophy and two-time Champion of both the Cirao and Yamashita Trophy, Bruno also holds many other Judo titles, proving his skill and mastery of this martial art.
A globally recognized and award-winning Jiu-jitsu athlete, Bruno has competed and triumphed in numerous top level competitions held world-wide. From South America to Europe and Asia, Bruno has proven that he is at the very top of his field in the sport of Jiu-jitsu.
With many prestigious wins in the MMA Submission category to his name from international tournaments, Bruno is an expert MMA fighter with Championship titles to prove his expertise and skill in this challenging field of combat sports.
