BJJ CLASSES
Our BJJ classes are focused on the two main aspects of BJJ which are submission holds and ground fighting. The classes are for all levels of experience and our dedicated BJJ trainer will improve your skills no matter what your level is. The classes are carefully created to teach specific skills and we can tailor individual classes based on your own needs and goals too.
BJJ Gym
Our dedicated martial arts gym is not a usual western gym with fighting classes. It was built only with MMA in mind so the gym, our instructors and the classes all combine to give an authentic atmosphere for learning BJJ. Our training programs will go from basic to the state-of-the-art in order for you to fully immerse yourself in the BJJ training environment to prepare you to reach your goals.
